There are many services in RCT that can give advice and support children and young people up to the age of 25.  We have put them all in one place so you can quickly decide which one is best for you.

Youth Engagement and Participation Service (YEPS) have a handy guide on who you can contact for urgent advice and support within or outside office hours such as: 

  • Emergency services
  • Health advice
  • Homelessness
  • Drug and alcohol use
  • Child exploitation and online protection
  • Mental health issues
  • Suicide prevention

Citizen's Advice in RCT can help you with:

  • Discrimination
  • Human rights and young people rights

Childline have excellent advice and guidance on the following topics:

  • Your rights, such as discrimination, hate crime, equality and refugees and asylum seekers 

South Wales Police have essential information on identifying, responding to and reporting crime and understanding the law such as:
