Your mental health is important as it affects the way you think, feel and react to things in your life. Good mental health does not mean that you will feel happy all the time, things happen to all of us that makes us stressed, anxious, worried or sad. Sometimes we can get over these feelings quickly and other times it may take a little longer, and that's OK. But if these thoughts or feelings are lasting for a long time or you feel as if you can't cope with them, it's time to get some help.

Getting out and about helps keep you healthy and promotes good mental health helping you socialise and meet new people along the way. We have gathered some ideas on what you can do in RCT.
