There are many services in RCT that can give advice and support to children and young people of all ages. In this list you can find the help you need.

RCT Council offer advice at any time for children who think they are not being looked after properly at home or you think you know someone has done something to you that you don’t feel is OK. Click this link to find out how to contact them.

Childline are here to help children like you with all sorts of problems they may be having:

  • Bullying
  • Not feeling safe at home or with other people
  • Online safety

South Wales Police, the police can help you if: 

  • Someone has hurt you.
  • You are being asked to do things that you don’t think are right or upset you.
  • You don’t feel safe at home or think you are not being looked after.
