A glittered sensory bottle is easy to make using recycled household items. To make the bottle more interesting for your child you can add things they like.
For example, you could use blue food colouring and blue glitter and turn it into the ocean.
This activity can help calm your child if they have become distressed or upset. It can help your child by focusing on the calming motion of the glitter when they shake it or turn it around in their hands.
