Is your child between 8-18 months old?
Growing Movers is a six-week programme aimed at supporting parents and carers to understand the importance of movement through play in the first 1000 days. During the six-week programme you will meet other parents and carers and their children as well as gain new ideas to introduce playful activities that will support your child's physical development and well-being through everyday movements. We want you and your child to feel welcome. safe and comfortable and create a playful, child-led, responsive and accessible movement environment. Your journey through the programme will be supported by information cards and videos. and easy to resource play and movement ideas.
